almond dreams

at night when i sleep
i have so many dreams
mostly about you
so blurry, it seems

but i distinctly remember
some drems worth while
we talked for hours
and i see you smile

then we go see a movie
and i buy you something to eat
then you smiled at me again
this time i feel the heat

i attended your prom
coz they need a band to play
i dedicated the song for you
your favorite song, i hope its okay

i sat you down to talk
we looked cute together
we talk for thirty minutes
but it felt like forever

i told you how i felt
tears droped from your eyes
you wispered five immortal words to me
"i feel the same way"

i asked you to dance
you said "yes", it was so clear
i stood up and held your hand
and wispered in your ear

"matapos man ang sayaw, pangakong di ka bibitaw..."

those are dreams i had, and remember and will never forget...
